These Voucher Terms apply when you purchase, redeem, attempt to redeem, or undertake a balance enquiry of a SUZU Voucher (collectively ‘using’ a SUZU Voucher). By using a SUZU Voucher, you warrant and represent to SUZU that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and that you will not undertake any fraudulent or misleading conduct relating to a SUZU Voucher. If you are giving a SUZU Voucher as a gift, it is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is aware of these Terms.

The SUZU Vouchers:

Are valid for 3 years from date of purchase, irrespective of when the recipient may receive it and can be redeemed against all products except other SUZU Vouchers on the website.

Taxes (such as GST) and/or shipping is still applicable on any products purchased with SUZU Voucher. All SUZU Vouchers amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).  

Once your SUZU Voucher has expired or reached a zero balance, it is no longer valid and cannot be reloaded, reactivated, or refunded. All SUZU Vouchers remain property of SUZU. Invalid SUZU Vouchers may be destroyed by you or returned to SUZU. You are not permitted to sell your SUZU Voucher. 

If the SUZU Voucher is used on a purchase of a lower value than the amount remaining on a SUZU Voucher, the remaining amount will resume on the same SUZU Voucher. This can then be used on future purchases and will be valid to the same SUZU Voucher expiry period. If a purchase exceeds the value of the SUZU Voucher, the remaining amount must be paid for by another online payment method, such as card, Afterpay or PayPal.

If you buy a SUZU e-Voucher;

The e-Voucher will be emailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been made (unless an alternate date is selected). An invoice with proof of purchase will be sent to the purchaser as confirmation;

The e-Voucher will include a unique code that can be used online only. The unique code needs to be entered at the point of reviewing items in an order (in the checkout process);

You are responsible for ensuring you have entered the correct full name and email address for the recipient. SUZU is not liable for delivery of a SUZU e-Voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address; and Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of SUZU e-Voucher.

Products that are purchased wholly or partially with a SUZU Voucher may be exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy, for SUZU Credit. Any amounts paid by other tender will be refunded either for SUZU Credit (if the purchase was a Sale item) or in the same tender to the same account in which the purchase was made.

You cannot exchange your SUZU Voucher for a different denomination of Voucher or for another tender, cash or discount. 

SUZU Vouchers cannot be returned for change of mind. SUZU will accept returns of SUZU Vouchers in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law where a SUZU Voucher is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect or otherwise due to SUZU’s fault. SUZU does not offer returns on SUZU Vouchers where a SUZU Voucher is damaged due to fault of your own.

SUZU is not responsible if a SUZU Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. SUZU Vouchers should be treated like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if they are lost or stolen.

SUZU Vouchers cannot be cancelled once they are issued, except if used, expired, or otherwise cancelled by SUZU.

SUZU reserves the right to cancel or alter the balance of a SUZU Voucher if such action is deemed necessary by SUZU, without notice to you, including but not limited to, where a Voucher is defrauded, stolen, defaced, mutilated, altered, issued in error, or otherwise tampered in any way. Where SUZU has cancelled or voided your SUZU Voucher due to SUZU’s fault or negligence, SUZU will provide you with a replacement SUZU Voucher.

We reserve the right to cancel or block your SUZU Voucher if you report it stolen or if we consider that you are using it in a manner that is inconsistent with these Voucher Terms.

Please ensure to carefully read our Privacy Policy as it applies to our collection of your personal information in relation to Gift Vouchers.

SUZU Vouchers are not legal tender, account/credit/debit cards or securities and no transaction statements will be sent to you regarding your SUZU Voucher.

You agree that you are responsible for the use and protection of your SUZU Voucher and that you are liable for all transactions on your SUZU Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by SUZU.

You have certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded and are not affected by these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUZU excludes all other liability arising out of or in any way connected with these Terms, including any liability for consequential or indirect losses of any kind, loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill, howsoever arising and whether caused by breach of statute, breach of contract, negligence, or other tort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the purchase price of your SUZU Voucher.

A provision of these Voucher Terms or a right created under it, may not be waived, or varied except in writing with the consent of each of the parties.

Any provision of these Voucher Terms that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Voucher Terms nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

These Voucher Terms may be amended from time to time by SUZU and the latest version will be published on the SUZU website. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these Voucher Terms.

SUZU reserves the right to amend these Voucher Terms at any time for any reason by two (2) weeks’ notice to you via the SUZU website.  Any amendments to these Voucher Terms will apply to all Gift Vouchers purchased or redeemed after the amendment date.
