FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AU ORDERS. (Standard Post. 5-8 business days).

Flat rate Express Post on all domestic orders: $15 (3-5 business days).

All orders are charged in AUD. 

Orders are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post or DHL Express.

DHL is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A signature is required upon delivery, if DHL have an unsuccessful delivery attempt, they will be in touch to arrange redelivery. Please note if DHL are unable to reach you, your parcel will be returned to Australia and can only be redelivered at your own expense.

We do our best to dispatch orders by the next business day however please allow 48 hours to process. SUZU does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM & IMPORT FEES

SUZU is not responsible for the buyer’s custom, duties, tax and clearance fees. These fees are enforced by your residing country. Customers who refuse shipment will still be charged. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR COUNTRY’S TAX AND IMPORT REGULATIONS BEFORE COMMITTING TO YOUR PURCHASE.

Extra charges (sales tax, clearance and customs duty) may occur depending on your residing country and local customs charges. Please check your country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the receiver’s expense. If the order is returned to sender, the duties and tax charges will be deducted from the order payment if it needs to be reversed. Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the receiver. Unfortunately, SUZU has no control over these charges, and customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, duty and custom charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes and you will not be refunded for your order.

Tax Threshold Guide

Australia: Domestic orders will not incur taxes

NZ: Orders over the value of 400 NZD will incur import taxes and duties. Orders under this amount do not incur these taxes and duties

UK: Orders over the value of 150 GBP will incur VAT and 150 EUR will incur import taxes and duties

USA: Orders over the value of 800 USD will incur import taxes and duties. Orders under this amount will not incur these taxes and duties.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

All items purchased on this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Once your items are picked up by the postal service, the responsibility for those items, purchased from this website, passes to you, the customer.
In the unlikely case that your package is lost or damaged, you are responsible for lodging a claim with the carrier. Australia Post recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you wish to upgrade your service or add insurance for ease of mind at an extra cost, please email us at customercare@suzu.ltd before you place your order and one of our team members will happily arrange this for you.

Please check that the correct address has been submitted with your initial order, including the building name and unit number if applicable. If you accidentally input the incorrect address, please email customercare@bysuzu.ltd immediately (within 2 hours) so that it can be amended before the time it is dispatched. Once your order has been sent, SUZU will not be held accountable for any orders placed with incorrect addresses. 

 


RETURNS

SUZU does not offer refunds on items because of change of mind but we are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour, style, or item.

PLEASE NOTE: Any items purchased during the holiday gift giving season 24th November - 31st December may be returned for an exchange at any time before 15th January 2024

All returns after this pmust be postmarked within fourteen (14) days if receipt of your shipment. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. All returned items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition, with original tags/labels attached in the original packaging.

If trying on swimwear, please do so over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse to accept a return if it's obvious that this has not been adhered to, and the item will be returned to you at your own expense. Any soiled items will be rejected. No returns will be excepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed from bottoms.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Free gifts, promotional items and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned as we do not offer any exchanges or refunds for these items. This includes any items purchased using a promotional code or purchased during a promotional sale period (excluding our sign-up promotional codes). We ask that you kindly consider your size and style before committing to a purchase.

Discount codes and promotion are not available to use in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. Offers are not redeemable for cash, and we are unable to refund the difference in price if a further markdown price has been made after your order had been placed. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment.

For faulty or damaged items, please follow the prompts in your SUZU account portal. Please note that we are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item, so if you can snap a couple of photos in preparation that will help us process your inquiry quickly as possible.  We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the cost to ship their returns to Australia. We recommend that you send returns by a registered post and take note of the tracking number as we cannot send out any replacements until your package is received.

SUZU will not be held responsible for lost or damaged return items. SUZU reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

SUZU will cover the cost to re-ship exchange items and is only provided on the first return in relation to that order. In the instance that you have requested multiple exchanges, you will be charged postage to send the exchanged items back to you - we will contact you to process an additional payment.

 

RETURN PROCESS

You can initiate returns whenever it's most convenient for you, without the hassle of contacting a representative over phone or email. Log into your account with a one-time code sent to your email. You don't need to create an account or password. 

Within your account you can easily manage and initiate returns, view a convenient list of your orders in one place, select the products you want to return from the order, share the reason for returning the products, and keep track of the returns process.

Please note, we are not responsible or accountable for items being returned. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your item and email customer service with your tracking number.

 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please note that we only offer refunds for faulty items that cannot be replaced, exchanged or repaired.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have indeed received your return and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
