Thank you for choosing SUZU for your swimwear needs! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to ensure your shopping experience is nothing short of amazing.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we've made our returns process as seamless as possible. Here's how it works:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order. We offer refunds on full priced styles only, store credit, or size exchange for your returned items. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
  • We accept returns on full priced styles for reasons such as change of mind, size changes, and style changes, providing you with a store credit to explore more SUZU sizes/styles or a refund within the 14 day returns period. Please note that Sale Items are not eligible for a refund.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition, including being unworn, unwashed, in original SUZU zip-lock bag and with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Additionally, please ensure there are no odours, including perfumes, as this may affect the return process.
  • If trying on swimwear, please do so over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse to accept a return if it's obvious that this has not been adhered to, and the item will be returned to you at your own expense. Any soiled items will be rejected. No returns will be excepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed.
  • Please keep in mind that sale items, free gifts, promotional items, and items purchased with a discount, are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method for peace of mind. SUZU will not be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.
  • Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund or store credit. This credit will be valid for 3 years and can be used towards any future SUZU online purchases.
  • If you believe you've received an incorrect item, please reach out to our customer care team at returns@suzu.ltd immediately.
  • For faulty items, please follow the prompts in your SUZU account portal. Please note that we are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item.
  • To initiate a return, simply click here to access your SUZU account portal.
  • Within your account you can easily manage and initiate returns, view a convenient list of your orders in one place, select the products you want to return from the order, share the reason for returning the products, and keep track of the returns process.

We recommend you observe the following instructions:

  • Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash at 40°C immediately after each use, ensuring all salt, sand and chlorine is removed
  • Do not soak
  • To dry, squeeze off excess water and lay flat or delicate spin
  • Avoid drying in direct sunlight
  • Do not iron, bleach, wring, tumble dry, dry clean or wash in warm or hot water
  • Store in a cool dry place
  • Avoid oils and tinted sunscreen
  • Do not stretch or pull your swimwear with force
  • We do not take responsibility for the balling of fabrics and loss of elasticity
  • Do not wear your swimwear in spa baths as fading and damage to your swimsuit may occur
  • Avoid rough surfaces
  • Do not roll up or pack when wet

At SUZU, we want you to feel amazing in your swimwear, which is why we've got your back when it comes to finding the perfect fit. Our swimsuits come in sizes XS (6)to XXL (16) for women of all shapes. Our size guides are available on each product page to ensure you get the right size.

Please note our swimwear is designed to fit firm. High-waisted bottoms and one-pieces will feel firm when pulling up over your hips due to the extra fabric coverage which should help to eliminate bagging and wrinkling. If you prefer a less firm fitting swimsuit, we recommend that you order a size larger than your regular size.

SUZU also offers three variations in the cut of the swimwear bottoms we design:

  • Full Coverage – this cut offers the most coverage 
  • Medium Coverage – this cut offers some coverage 
  • Cheeky Coverage – this cut offers the least coverage 

We get it – mistakes happen, and we're here to help! If you need to make any changes to your order, send us an email at customercare@suzu.ltd with your order number in the subject line, and we'll do our best to assist with any changes you need.

While we strive to process orders swiftly, there's a chance your order may have already been shipped. If that's the case, don't worry – you can still return it to us for a store credit. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received, we'll issue a store credit equivalent to the value of your purchased items.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay and Klarna. 

We also accept SUZU Gift Cards at our online store.

GST is included in the product price.

Occasionally some items may be available for sale on our website as a Pre-Order. This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre-sale, to allow you to secure the stock.

We do this with high demand items to give you the opportunity to secure one. These items will be marked as Pre-Order, with an estimated date of arrival listed in the product description.

You may cancel a Pre-Order up until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, email us at customercare@suzu.ltd
